The Best Budget Blush.

I’ve spent the last few months waffling on about this budget blush and I thought it was time to fully review it. The blush is of course the brilliant Revlon Powder Blush (£7.99), my daily staple for adding a lil bit of colour to my cheeks…

The shade Haute Pink (seen at the top there) is the blusher I’ve been using most days since I got it, it’s a vibrant (but totally wearable) almost fuchsia pink - it’s quite cool but also very flattering on the skin. I just adore it, it blends perfectly and gives my skin this lovely fresh glow. I just use any old powder or blush brush I have to hand and blend it upwards from my cheeks to add a bit of shape to my face, it takes seconds and is impossible to go wrong with.

You may remember in a recent *cough* video, I said that I wished that there was another shade in the range as the ones that were available (with the exception of Haute Pink) weren’t very “me”. My prayers were answered, Revlon added a new shade to the blush line! This shade is Racy Rose, the pretty pink hue at the bottom there. I like this shade because it’s a little more dainty than Haute Pink, and although they look sort of similar in the pan, they look very different once applied. Racy Rose may actually be my current favourite of the two, the warm tones really add something to my skin tone.

I’m yet to find a blush that trumps these two – not that I’m looking. The quality is exceptional, they don’t move from the cheeks and they’re almost impossible to mess up. For under £8, I definitely recommend picking up a shade if you’re in need of a new blusher – both shades here would suit any skin tones.

Have you tried these blushers?
